Site management and execution of works
The success of a project rests on rigorous preparation, good coordination between all parties and careful execution.
Delibra takes charge of work planning, drafting of tender documents, consulting contractors, analysing bids, as well as organising and monitoring the building site.
We ensure coordination between the various trades, quality control of the work and follow-up of the works through to completion.
Beyond site management, Delibra also works directly on site for various construction, renovation and finishing tasks, depending on the needs of the project and the skills required.
We also work with a network of craftspeople and specialist companies to deliver a coherent result, from preparation through to the final finishing touches.
Ecological construction and renovation
We favour environmentally friendly construction, based on the thoughtful use of resources, the choice of durable materials and the search for solutions suited to each building.
Delibra develops in particular timber-frame projects with natural insulation such as straw, wood fibre, sheep’s wool or hemp. We also incorporate traditional earth and lime finishes, which promote the quality of indoor spaces.
In renovation projects, we look for solutions that improve thermal comfort, preserve the qualities of the existing building and limit unnecessary interventions as far as possible.
We also consider the integration of suitable energy solutions, in particular solar thermal, photovoltaics, wood heating systems and rainwater harvesting.
